1. Canceling an appointment

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any cost.

If you cancel within 24 hours or don’t show up, the full amount will be charged. This applies to all sessions, including those within packages.

2. Packages and programs

Packages are personal and non-refundable once started. If you cancel before your first session, you can get a full refund minus any transaction fees.

For high-end programs (like The Dragon Program), different terms apply. These will be clearly communicated before signing up.

3. Exceptional situations

If you are sick or in an emergency, please contact me directly. I always aim to find a fair solution.
