Welcome to The Dragon Program. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered via this website, in-person sessions, packages, programs, and use of the app. By working with me, you agree to the following conditions.

1. General

All sessions, treatments, and programs are provided by The Dragon Program (part of Vitality with Kevin). I reserve the right to update or change these conditions at any time. The most recent version is always available on my website.

2. Appointments & Sessions

• Appointments are scheduled via the online system.

• You are responsible for showing up on time.

• If you’re late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

3. Packages & Programs

• All packages must be paid in full before starting, unless otherwise agreed.

• Packages are valid for a specific duration. Unused sessions expire after that period.

• Packages are personal and cannot be transferred to others.

4. Results

I offer powerful tools, guidance, and treatments — but your commitment is essential. Results depend on your own input, mindset, and lifestyle. No guarantees can be made, though my methods have a high success rate.

5. Health & Responsibility

• My work supports your physical, mental, and emotional health. It does not replace medical treatment.

• Always consult your doctor for serious or urgent health issues.

• You are responsible for informing me about any medical conditions, medication use, or other relevant issues before your session.

6. Payments

• All prices include VAT (if applicable).

• Payments are made securely via the online platform.

• Invoices are available upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials shared (videos, texts, guides, exercises) are owned by The Dragon Program and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Complaints

If you’re not satisfied, please reach out via email ([email protected]). I’m open to feedback and will always try to resolve issues fairly.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms fall under Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
